STONE TOWN – NUNGWI BEACH
Zanzibar is an exotic island laying off mainland Tanzania; an ideal destination to relax after a gap year project. Starting in Stone Town, the capital is brimming with history from its days as a major trading port, you can wander through the winding alleys and discover the gracious old buildings and shop at colourful bazaars. Then at Nungwi beach white sands and warm turquoise waters offer a great combination of relaxation and beach activities. If you like snorkelling or diving there are excellent opportunities here with prolific fish life and colourful corals.

£415 per person (sharing a twin room)
What’s Included?
Accommodation: Comfortable hotel accommodation on twin share basis.
Travel: Fly from Arusha or Dar to the island. Or take the ferry from Dar.
Food: In Stone Town accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis. There are many excellent places to eat locally at reasonable prices. In Nungwi the breakfast and dinner are included.
