Is this journey right for me?

This is a challenging high altitude trek; we recommend that you have previous experience of trekking at altitude before you consider taking this trek on your gap year travels. You must be physically fit and own good comfortable walking boots. You will walk 6-8 hours each day which is made harder by altitude and climatic conditions. The rewards for your efforts are stupendous.
