Is this journey right for me?
This is a moderate trek with comfortable overnight accommodation. We recommend that you have previous experience of walking or trekking for several days before you consider taking this trek. You must be physically fit and own good comfortable walking boots. On this gap year trip you will walk between 3-7 hours each day, the altitude is mostly between 2000 – 3000m which should not be too challenging for most people you must take things slowly at first and allow your body to acclimatise, the highest altitude reached at base camp is 4130m. You carry only your own day sack.
