It seems like yesterday I gave a call to GapGuru enquiring about their gap year placement in hotel management in India, and now five months later, five months older and what seems a lifetime of experiences I've completed my placement and am preparing to go home! For me deciding I wanted to do a gap year was easy! I wanted an adventure, to do something that would show me new things, introduce me to different people, see a different way of life and work.
